Complaint: 8/2/2015 brought in for an oil change and an estimate for abs module replacement per their recommendations from february. Driving home i had little to no breaks almost causing an accident. One associate ******* said they didnt touch anything but steve said they attempted to fix the issue and a break line broke. They towed car back to repair what they broke. Kept it 2days since it was not safe to drive. They wanted me to change all break lines before accesing the module. I serviced it somewhere else due to the obscene amount they wanted to charge me. I brought it back monday 8/10 so they could install the module come to find out the part they ordered was "defective " they said after installation another line broke? So they changed it. I picked it up today 8/12 and it is the same as when i brought it in. I called spoke w ***** he said they just did what i told them to do? They said they didn't do an inspection? I am following up with the General Manager tomorrow

Desired Settlement: Refund back to my credit card.
