BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: every time i take my care to firestone they always give me it back more problems. i paid alot of money to have the whole front end done. and when i took it to the chevy deler they said that firestone only did one side. i took it back to them and they thought it was funny. so i bought tires that shuold of lasted 60 000 miles but because they only did one side and then later the other the tires wore and they still made me pay for new tires even though they were warranted then thewy said the parts are bad and they are under wareanty but i have to pay 200 for labor. if they had put both sides the first time this would not have happened i will not pay for their mistakes. they arenot business like they cause my blood pressure and sugar to go up.
Desired Settlement: all i want them to do is put the warranty parts on with no charge. i would rather sue them for getting mesick laughting at me and putting my life in danger by fixing one ide and chaarging me for both.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/10/06) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ****** Region Mgr Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX x**** Contact Email: *******@bfrc.com We have already offerred to provide a discounted price for the repairs on this vehicle in addtion to other discounts we have provided above any warranty obligations. The parts are covered under warranty the labor is not. The customer only needs to pay the discounted amount she was offerrred in an attempt to satisfy her. We will not do the work for free. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/10/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) no if they had repaired both sides like they said they did and charged me i would not be going threw this i drove around with half fixed till it came to get the oil changed and the chevey dealer showed me so no i will not pay again for something that should have been done right he first time. Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2014/12/12) */ There is really not much more we can do for her. We have offered to honor the warranty for her parts and discount our installation charges. Her comment about repairing only one side is inaccurate, that stems from a later repair we completed at no charge because she had a complaint at that time. We have in good faith tried to make arrangements with the customer to more than honor what we are obligated to do.
