radiator still leaks coolant still leaks from overflow coolant container in car...i took my truck back 3 times there sent pictures to ****** ,,showed ****** issues with car she gone try to tell me its normal for radiator leaks overflow...i knew then she didnt know what she was talking about she than told me antifreeze coolant doesnt go directly into radiator 2nd red flag .the other issue she charge $571.93 to put radiator on my truck ...its a 3 hour job they done my in a hour and half tops, 3 red flag . 4 th red flag ****** also got mad because i refuse to let her service my ac unit... i want a full refund and i do plan to *** this place if they dont refund my money for shotty work or no work at all...the same problem i brought my truck in for is same problem i left with brought my truck back atleast 3 times .my hope is that these people be fine or shut down for scamming me out almost $600 i sent these people texts messages and pictures of the problem after they so call fix which they never did i want a full investigation i also want a full refund ....i dont recomend noone to come or go there to this horrible place

******,When you called me the first time, you said the dealer told you that the radiator was leaking. You felt that the dealer wanted to rob you because they were charging you a lot of money. I then gave you a quote over the phone for the replacement of the radiator. You called me about 5 more times to ask questions about the job. Then you came to put a deposit for the radiator. You then came the next day to have the job done. You asked me several questions about the job, time frame and other things. I answered all your questions before we began the job. You took the old radiator and cap with you to find out with the dealer as to why it was leaking. You were having a hard time understanding certain things about the cooling system which I tried to explain over and over. After you left my shop you only came back only once. I looked at your car and did not see your radiator leaking. The overflow did go down a little so I filled it to the full line. I informed you that It is normal for antifreeze to go down a little. The antifreeze never went below the add line on the overflow. When your truck was at the shop, you said you need to wait because you had no where to go. 2 people worked on the truck in order to get the job done faster. I did not want to keep you waiting for so long, that's why it was done faster. When It came to the ** system, I was trying to make you aware of an issue in case you did not know about it. I did not get upset. On the contrary, you said your does not have ** issues and you did not want to hear any more problems. You sent me pictures for which I said that its normal for the antifreeze to go down a little. You do not believe me so I said to ask another mechanic if I was ******. I told you to bring your truck back, but you never came back. There was no other way to help you if your truck was not here. I'm sorry you feel robbed, but that is not what happened here.
