5/24/23- ****** location-We haven't had the car for over 2 months and there are issues with it. We were sold a lemon. We were told when we first bought the car that the car was in good condition. 2 months later there was an issue with the car and the check engine light came on. The dashboard went out and the car would not move after we put the car in gear. We bought the car back to your choice and let them know of the issues. They told us that they wouldn't be able to service the car until a week later, so we had to get a rental. When we picked up the car after it was serviced, the finance guy asked us have we had been in any water we replied saying no. He told us that he forgot to tell us that the car had water damage before they received it on the lot. *** WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN HE TOLD **. The car is NOW AGAIN not working and the finance guy is acting as if he did not tell us that the car had damage AND they won't be able to service our car until 2 weeks from now. We asked to get the owner's number to speak to them and they refused to give it to **. My sister's car is now stuck in the middle of the street. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! WE TRIED TO BE PATIENT, BUT THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND. WE NEED TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED ASAP OR WE ARE GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND REPORT THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. I know the owners see these reviews, please contact my sister and I so we can get this resolved. It should NOT be this hard to buy a car.
