I purchased a 2007 ***** ridgeline on June 12, 2023 from RJs Motors in *****,** for $6000. I was told by the dealer ship (***) the car was in great condition and had no issues and they drove it several times with no problems. I picked the ***** up on her, June 16, 2023. After driving back to my home that is two hours away ,the car started to overheat, and I noticed there was a leak in the radiator. Monday June 19, 2023 , I took the ***** to a mechanic to check on the leak. After diagnostics were ran and an inspection, I was told that there was a head gasket blown and the mechanic could tell that there was recently an attempt to repair the blown gasket that didnt fix the problem. The undercarriage frame is also completely rusted and the mechanic recommended the car not safe to drive. There are multiple error codes that showed up when the diagnostics was ran. I will attach these documents. I reached out to the dealership and all they are offering a new radiator. I would like to return the car and get my money back considering the dealership does not want to deal with all the rust that is making the car not safe to drive. I know that there is a law about dealerships selling defective cars and I hope this law can be considered in my situation.
