Complaint: On 01/22/14, a 2003 Mitsubish Diamante (VIN#***********XXXXX), 150,924 miles, was purchased for $3300 USD cash. On 02/10/14, a private inspection revealed the potential of permanant rear suspension damage, effectively rendering the vehicle hazardous to drive. Upon returning to Premium Auto Sales, Inc. on 02/10/14 after inspection, salesman refused to engage in any conversation regarding history of the vehicle, nor provided a remedy to determine the validity of this claim. On 02/27/14, a courier was sent to Premium Auto Sales, Inc. Salesman refused to provide courier with business card and name of Salesman is not provided on any of the sales documents. Salesman provided business card in the name of "******** *****". Correspondence was addressed and sent via ***** to "******** *****" on 02/27/14. ****** inspection for VIN# *********XXXXXX reveals four previous titles: 1.) 12/09/03: #XXXXXQUD03 - ** 2.) 01/27/04: #XXXXXXS004 - ** 3.) 02/16/12: #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - ** 4.) 09/19/12: #XXXXXCXXXXX - **. ******* *********** Inc., ******* ***** IL, has deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive. Further inspections are underway to determine the extent of the deterioration of this vehicle and if damage is unrecoverable (VIN# ***********XXXXX).

Desired Settlement: A full refund of $3300 USD cash paid for vehicle.
