The team at Platinum Auto really took care of me. I came in interested in a Mustang GT and the salesman and manager were really accommodating to answer all of my questions. They were very transparent and honest about the condition of the car and walked me through the CarFax. I took the car for a test drive with no issues. The car was in really good shape and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. I love the car and I had a super easy buying experience.Review from Richard W

Shady and deceiving. This is a perfect example of why used car locations have a bad reputation. The engine was completely different from what was defined by the **** but it was never disclosed to me. The vehicle history report that **** (Sales rep) gave me didn't mention it, and the car fax I purchased didn't mention it. And conveniently, the title that states the "milage not being accurate" was "not on-site" for viewing at the time of purchase. The title wasn't available until weeks later. They intentionally meant to deceive someone. Even when confronted later, they didn't deny knowing that the engine did not match the **** *Do not buy a vehicle from here unless you are looking for a bad surprise.Review from Drake A

Beware of this dealership. Vehicle has more than 5k in maintenance costs... from issues that have been present since before the purchase. Sure, it is as is... but don't expect honestly from these people. I specifically worked with **** and asked specifically about maintenance issues which he said he knew nothing about. After driving it home, and straight to a mechanic, the code reader revealed a slew of issues. I find it hard to believe these all flew under the radar of any professional. Disappointing experience all around. Save your money and work with a reputable establishment. And don't buy the warranty, it barely covers anything.Review from Juan H

Great dealership. I bought my ***** Civic from here and it was a great experience. All the sales team were really nice and took their time with us. And now I always bring my family and friend to buy cars from Platinum.The advisor ****** his always nice and there's a good room to wait and it's always fast.Like
