            I bought a vehicle on 6/10/23 and it had to be serviced on 6/12/23 for thr AC unit. I was given my first rental which the check engine light came on within the first couple days. I got my original car back and within a couple days my check engine light came on again. They took the car back and serviced it for a second. Within the second time they had it I went through 4 more rentals all having their issues to brake problems to completely dying on us. I got my original car back again and within 3 days from getting it back the engine started smoking and it died on me. So now they have had to service it for a third time while on my 6th rental. This has all taken place within less than 30 days of me signing the contract to buy the vehicle. They refuse to get me in a different vehicle without me putting more money down.

            I took my car in for an oil check on 12/15/21. Thery charged me ****** and said that he drove it for twenty miles and it was ready to go. Well they did not check it out completely because the engine locked up. I looked at the invoice that had ***** miles in and ***** miles out. So that was a lie. When he told me it was there fault he said they would take care of it and said he had an engine with ***** miles on it and that it had a year warranty on it. To this day they refuse to give me the warranty papers so I guess that was a lie too. Furthermore the mechanic put the same serpentine belt from the old engine that was full of oil on the engine that they put in. I am no mechanic but even I know once a serpentine belt has oil on it-it is no longer any good. Very dissatisfied with this company
