GMotorCars was not honest or fair to me. I would never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. I purchased a Chevrolet vehicle from them just one month ago and from the first day I drove it has been unreliable. The shifter gets stuck in Park roughly 30% of the time and requires numerous attempts of turning the engine off and back on in order to get it out of Park and into another gear. According to my local ***************** center, this is due to the solenoid being bad and needing to be replaced (a $1200 repair). I was told by **** and **** at GMotorCars when I purchased the vehicle that it was in great shape and that I would have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty to protect me against any issues such as this. However, now they are telling me I'm not covered by their warranty because the problem is only "intermittent". I guess by "intermittent" they mean if I am able to get the car moving at all at any time then it's fine and I shouldn't need to worry about whether or not it is reliable. This is ridiculous and shows that their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Basically, if you buy a car from these guys you'd better hope that nothing goes wrong with the engine or transmission after you drive it off the lot because they are not going to stand behind what they sell. In addition, I believe they were not honest and upfront with me from the start. This shifter-sticking issue happens so often that I'm convinced they had to have known about it before they sold the car to me. They should have fixed it beforehand or at least told me about it. This is not a well run business and if you take the time to read all of their reviews on ****** and other websites you will find many other complaints about them. I guess I should have done more research before buying anything from them :(
