I purchased a 2018 Audi A6 from Driven Auto Sales on May 2, 2023. After a few glaring red flags at the first meeting, the dealership redeemed themselves and we decided to move forward with the purchase. Upon the test drive, I noticed that the break had vibration bad when braking from speeds above 40 MPH. The salesman told me that this was because the car had been sitting for a while and could see where this might be plausible. He told me to drive it a couple more days the issue would be resolved. I went it three days and feared driving the car on the expressway. I then took the car to the dealership. The dealer informed me that all four rotors were badly worn and need to b replaced immediately. I called driven auto sales and they sent me a check for $175 dollars on a $500 repair. Next issue which is the real reason for this complaint. Two weeks after the purchase of the vehicle I had buyers remorse on the extended warranty purchased through the dealership and requested cancellation via letter to *********************************** contract number SCVSC000370. I was told by **** the sales manager that the request would be processed on that day and it would take 30 days to process the cancellation (BS if you ask me). I was told to give him a call in 30 days to be updated on the progress. I gave him 45 days. Called leaving him a VM at 9;45 July 31, 2023. He never returned my call so I called the dealership July 31, 2023 at 4:48pm and he answered saying "can I give you a call back on tomorrow" for which I said sure still remaining patient at this point. The next day as you can guess I never received a call back, so I called and left him a VM letting him know that I now feel disrespected and that I would be filling a complaint and that I would never do business with this dealership again. Buyers beware of this place. If you can find another place to do business by all mean please exercise due diligence before choosing this particular dealership.
