This lender is literally the definition of lacking integrity and being money hungry no matter how much they know something isn't worth the amount they're stiff arming you to pay and they're also putting another hard inquiry on my credit for a car that I've had for years. They closed out the loan as bad debt , because of course they're trying to get $5,000 for a van that has 210k miles on it , doesn't run and we already had to fix $5000 worth on it because they didn't fix anything before selling it. Yes, we know you guys don't sell the cars directly , however enough people are having issues with this place in Dundee ** selling messed up cars , so maybe you guys shouldn't work with their dishonest business. This isn't the first van we had with them that crapped out a week after it left their lot ! Transmission needed to be rebuilt on that one. The main and ILLEGAL issue with Drive now acceptance personally is the new hard inquiry on my credit like I bought another car from you guys AFTER you guys closed out the account because this piece of **** car is not running AGAIN. There is no new account , I did not sign to run credit again as if we were trying to buy or trade another car. You guys will be reported to the credit bureau as well. Never again will I do business with this company. STAY CLEAR

You failed to mention, in this review, that your balance remains as high as it is due to your repayment history. We went above and beyond with extending arrangements to assist you in getting back up to date. YOU put nearly ****** miles on YOUR vehicle in approximately 2 1/2 years, yet, by your statement in this review you would appear to be indicating you were sold a vehicle with those miles.

This company is actually a joke lmao. 1. They buy used cars from auction and then sell them for double the price. I pay 500+ for a 2010 car and the transmission already went out. We sell reliable cars my a** lmao Also they dont work with you at all. You cant make the car payment, all well then no car for you till you can make the payment I dont recommend this company too anybody

I talked to a customer service representative he said his name ************** but i know for a fact he was lying im going to be calling again tomorrow 3/24/23 to talk to a supervisor he was rude wasnt trying to help with anything i asked all he kept saying was i dont know he didnt care to even switch up his tone he sounded as if he didnt even want to be there and i can assure you once im done talking to the supervisor hes going to wish he wasnt

We will review the recordings and handle internally, not on a public forum. I have also sent an email to the listed address provided on how to reach his supervisor.

If I can give a 0 star I would. Customer service for finance, so rude hangs up in your face. Especially alandra. Tells you giving a car back is going to mess my credit up even more then hangs up in your face. They have no customer service skills super rude.

****************, I am sorry to hear of your complaint. Please provide the date of the conversation you are speaking of as I listened to the 4 most recent calls. The quote you stated above was not heard and it was you terminating 2 of the calls. I have also requested to have your closing documents, including the video recording, resent in order for you to refresh the terms and conditions YOU signed and agreed to in order to obtain financing.

Absolutely scam artists. DONT BUY FROM THEM. Youll absolutely regret it

Neither Superior Car Credit nor Drive Now Acceptance have not received any messages from **********************. We are more than willing to attempt to resolve an issue but must know what that issue is.

Worst company their customer service sticks and not even a hour extension

I would be more than happy to discuss any issues ********************** is having however, it is unclear as to what she is trying to resolve. I have pulled the phone records and reviewed ************************** account and the last documented contact was on June 15th and the issue resolved. There are no other calls to or from ************************** phone number for the month of June. The account is in good standing.,

I own a 2010 ***** Fleet. I received the car and had to return it in the same week for the muffler. The muffler wasnt fixed the correct way and the back draft from it burnt my engine coils. And now they wont pay for the engine, nor put me in a new car. Havent missed a payment till I put it in the shop and they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. I still owe over 10k on it, paid over 5k already and its not even worth that much. At least yall could do is be cordial.

************** purchased his vehicle June 30,2021. ************** did not contact the service department regarding this issue until March 2022. He was advised to make an appointment immediately as continuing to drive the vehicle with mechanical issues could cause further damage and the service agreement would not cover neglect. ************** did not make a service appointment, continued to drive the vehicle causing the engine to go bad.

2 stars. An thats pushing it. Phone staff are the ABSOLUTE WORSE. Recently lost my job do to unfortunate events, found work told a lady i was talking too the situation. Told me i could wait till my first check this one time. Dont get paid til friday. This dude calls me tells me i have to pay today or it gets shut off. Unfuckingbelieveable. Kids, a new job an no f****** way to get there. This place is garbage.

I have requested, and will resend **************** the documents she signed when she purchased her vehicle. They clearly explain our repayment terms and expectations, up to an including the activation of the starter interrupt device.

drive now, the people who actually give you the loan are horrible. I had a vehicle for over a year and a half and never missed one payment because my payments came out of my bank. The first time I missed a payment due to a banking error **** ( the manager) from drive now told me my vehicle was already turned off and I would not be able to drive it. The first time you miss a payment they act like you've done it numerous times. I told him to look at my payment history and to see that I've never missed a payment and his response was that doesn't give you any credit I have never dealt with more rude people in my life I will never get a vehicle from this place ever again because of their financing company.

By the notes in our system, you have spoken with a few different representatives here. Additionally, the communication I see is that you emailed documentation showing an issue with your bank and an extended arrangement was accepted.
