    Since the date of purchase I was told having a pre-certified vehicle was better than any warranty. I purchased used vehicle being pre-certified and just under ****** miles on the car. I have had work done several times and it has never run correctly. They have taken advantage of me because I am a woman and treated me like an idiot as well, like I'm crazy. Several issues have been from some sensors and some they couldn't diagnose which is when I am viewed by them as I am crazy. I have told them for YEARS that it does sputter when you are stopped and idle. They claim to check it and there is "nothing wrong", more than once in the past 2 years its been that way. I called them 3 weeks ago, explained to mechanic ***** what it was doing and had him check my warranty and I told him the resonator was what a mechanic told me was bad to which he said my warranty covered emissions and yes covered the resonator. I had to call him because otherwise I wouldn't have had him call me back ever. then fast forward a week later, someone else called me to tell me magically this part isn't under warranty and now its my fuel pump which magically is no longer covered but would have been when I brought it in 2 years prior but they wouldn't even listen to me because I am a woman and must be crazy is how they made me feel. So now all of a sudden nothing is covered under my warranty and it only has ****** miles on it and it was for 7 years/70,000 miles or 10 years/100,000 miles and neither are what they "can find" and last time was out of pocket also, I have constant issues with this car and they never seem to catch the problem in time but after I have to pay out of pocket! I confirmed my warranty covered it and now 4 other people because they're bouncing me around keep giving me the run around and can fix it all out of my own pocket. it was documented 2 years ago for sputtering and nothing has been done, when it should have been covered.
