    On August 16th 2022, I purchased a 2009 Rav 4. On August 18, I took the car to Carx to have it thoroughly inspected to make sure it did not need any right away repairs and that it was safe to drive, because I bought the car with only an Implied Warranties according to ******** State Law. After the Inspection I was shown everything that was wrong with the car. **** suggested I get the major things done first. I called **** at Bose motors to explain that I just had the car inspected. **** told me to take the car to his mechanic. ******* in ********** his mechanics name is also ****. I was able to go there on Friday August the 19th, when **** looked at the car he told me that he didn't see where the valve cover gasket was leaking, I showed him the other repairs and all I was shown by ****. He said that he didn't see where the car needed any repairs. I told **** that I would dtake the car to be inspected again to prove that the car needed repaired. I had the car inspected again a AAA on the 22n of August. I called **** at Bose Motors and shared this information. He stood by what he had said before saying his mechanic is good and that he didn't find anything wrong with the car. The rest that happened is in a statement that has been scanned with the other documents that I tried to email to **** at Bose Motors which he may or may not have received. I called him on the 29th of August to ask him to put in writing that his mechanic did not find anything wrong with my car and he refused, saying if I wanted the car power washed or something I could bring it in. I also asked to speak with the owner and he told me I could not. This was the 1st time I contacted **** concerning the 1st Inspection. This dealership has violated the Implied warranty that came with the purchase of this vehicle, and has not tried to make any repairs to the car when I presented the issue to them.The 15 day and *************************** place when I had the 2 inspections done.

    Sold me ****** car out of state and upon return had bad transmission requiring ***** dollars in repairs. Owner told me essentially get lost here is 500 bucks don't contact us anymore.
