Complaint: I purchased a used 2002 ***** *** *** on ********* 13, 2012 from BG Motor Cars. The owner ( ***** ) was aware that the Gps navigation system was not working properly and told me ( ***** ) that it would be replaced by BG Motor Cars buying another navigation system on **** but would take sometime due to the numbers had to match the system being used. That same night on my way home the car had transmission problems. I informed BG Motor Cars the next day ( **** 14, 2012 ) about the trans problem and also informed them about a recall on this car for transmission issues. The car was fixed on this matter but the Gps was not repaired at this time. I would have to call BG Motor Cars either to remind them about the repair or to get information if they found a replacement unit. After doing some research about the Gps problem I informed BG Motor Cars that the Gps was manufactured by ****************** in ********** and that they have a service center to repair the unit that needed to be fixed. The address and the phone number was given to them so they could get more information about the repair service concerning this matter. Several weeks went by and again I would have to call to find out what are they doing to resolve this matter. ***** at this time only offered $200.00 to me to accept but the Gps unit cost at least $358.00 to be repaired plus shipping. The Gps touch screen and the player mounted underneath the passenger **** need to be removed and shipped to the service center in ************ After several attempts to talk to someone at BG Motor Cars and leaving messages no one would even bother returning my calls therefore being ignored by BG Motor Cars not to resolve the repair or replacement as promised. It's now been a year and days from the date of purchase of the car and still being ignored to fix the Gps system in the vehicle. The Gps touch screen has also the electronic controls for the temperature, fan speed, air flow direction, gps navigation map, time, fuel useage and other functions that I can't recall at this moment. Unable to use due to the fact that the screen is blacked out. Please help me to resolve this matter or let me know where I can go to get help for the Gps to get repaired or replaced by BG Motor Cars as promised in the first place. Thank You ***** fixed
