    We went to 4 wheels found 2008 Grand ******************* with ***** miles. I test drove it. No brakes told dealer unsafe fix brakes, add new tires. They told me **** ,**** said we will take care of you like family. Anything needs fixed we will fix it IL has a 500 miles 30days power train warranty. So after new tires and I thought new brakes.They only did the fronts not the rears. Another lie I drove it home 25 miles from dealer lights come on dash check engine light and a wrench. So I drove to my mechanic he put on obc reader found code for transmission solinid and cooling fan assy bad. We called them 1st words from **** tough you bought it "as is" I reminded him of his words we will treat you like family. I ended up talking with **** who said oh you take it to your mechanic we will pay for repairs. They did not at time to pay bill they paid 450 we ended up paying the rest. The car was fixed. I asked my mechanic about clearing codes from the cars computer. He said yes you can. He showed me how. So I argued with **** that they lie about the extra problems codes and they knew about it a hide all of it. We are asking to be refunded the money we didnt have we had to pay for repairs they said they would do. It's dishonest and crooked ways to do business. We thought we had a good deal.69500 for the car we payed. A bit to much I say. I'm a disabled 67 yer old veteran and I try to treat others with the same type of respect and truthfulness that I live by. I guess that made me a victim of trusting a used car dealer **** really knew how to spread the icing on thick and we fell for it. We just want our money back.

    Well after looking for a bigger and safer auto. i ended up here. they had a 2008 Grand ******************* ***** miles on it a bit rough on the outside no big deal. so **** glad handed me said take it out for a test drive, which I did and I didn't get more than a mile down the road applied the brakes nothing to the ***** and the red lights come on n the dash. unsafe to drive. I head back to dealership. I check battery and charging ok I looked at transmission fluid smelled bad like toast, needed changed. Fog light out, **** agreed to replace ALL brakes and rotors and the fog light and flush the transmission. after a few days he called said work was done. I come out brakes seem good transmission fluid is red; fog light is NOT fixed. All the time in negations **** and **** both owners kept saying we will fix everything to your satisfaction. we treat you like family. HAHA maybe a dysfunction family..... So we bought it I picked it up, started driving it home and 23 miles from the dealership orange lights come on . check engine light and a wrench. I call **** complain about this saying you guys reset the *** computer to clear the codes, So when I call **** who is headed to ******* for vacation said to me take it to your place and we will pay the bill for repairs I say OK. I take it and ***** finds the cooling fan and relay bad and the transmission clutch solenoid bad and the fog light is not fixed. When I spoke to **** as he was at the airport, he said he wanted to be done with this!, they will not pay for repairs as they said and take it or leave it, **** said IM GOING ON VACATION AND DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED AGAIN BY **** got back a letter full of lies from ************************* President ** states I said I was a master mechanic of which I NEVER said I said I was a gas and diesel, retired as one. Also, they said they replace ALL 4 pads and rotors NOPE! Just the front ones My Mechanic and I saw the rears pads and rotors still the old ones. Don't go here crooked worse than a dogs leg!
