      On August 4, 2023, I purchased a 2014 Buick LaCrosse from Napleton and I was given a vehicle warranty of 3 months or **** miles, whichever came first. Before my car went over the **** or the 3 months time my check engine light came on, but it went out again before I could get it checked. Then, also during the warranty period, I noticed a chip out of the bucket part of my seat belt so I called the dealer and made an appointment to get it replaced under warranty, which they did. After I picked my car up, I noticed that the seat belt itself now was not working properly so I called again and made another appointment with the dealer to fix the seat belt. In the meantime, my check engine light went on and off again since when I took my car back in for the belt repair I asked if they could check the code for the check engine light even though it wasn't currently on and they said they would try even though they might not be able to find anything if the light wasn't on. So they did the check and found 2 codes but they did not mention beforehand that it was going to cost me $150 to have them check these codes, so I wouldn't pay that charge and then they wouldn't tell me what they found. That was on September 29, 2023. So the next time my check engine light came on that it stayed on long enough to check the codes was on October 27, 2023, I stopped at ******** Auto Parts in **********, ** and they checked my car for free and informed me the code was for the transmission control module which is something that has to be done by the dealer and it is a bit expensive. So I called the salesperson who sold me the car thinking that because the problem started before my warranty ended, but couldn't be diagnosed until after the warranty period, that perhaps there was something the dealership could do to help me out. But he (*******************) was quite rude and even bullish so that I couldn't properly explain why I thought the dealership should help and I ended up hanging up on him.

      I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner on 3/19/21 and it has been 11 weeks, yes ****** WEEKS and still no title. The finance manager refuses to return my calls. I left a message to the general manager *** Napleton and he has not responded. I have since filed a claim with the ******** BBB and am also in the process of working with the Attorney Generals' office as well.This has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced.From the start, when I decided to purchase the vehicle and which I had my own financing, salesperson ***** and the finance person were extremely agitated by this and made my wife and I very uncomfortable trying to talk us into their financing which was totally unprofessional to say the least.There were also 2 key fobs initially and they stated they had "misplaced" one of them and would mail it to us when they found it. After numerous calls/texts to both ***** and the sales manager, both ignored all my inquiries.Unfortunately I have to take this to a higher level because I'm being totally ignored. Good luck to anyone that decides to shop at any Napleton dealership. Read all the negative Reviews out there and you'll think twice.
