    In November of 2022 I experienced what I feel was discrimination by ****************************************. I was looking for a vehicle to purchase, specifically the ** 53 in white, they advertised this vehicle online for several days. When I called initially to inquire, I was told that it was not available. I thought it was odd that the vehicle continued to be advertised so I called again and again I was told it was not available. What seemed like false advertising continued ... so I had my boyfriend call about the car and HE was immediately told that the car was in fact there!!! What kind of nonsense is this!? We literally drove to ******************* and confronted the sales person who told me that it was not available. He was completely embarrassed and proceeded to give excuses--ultimately I bought the car, however, there is now an issue with the quality of the wheels that are on the vehicle. I've tried to reach out to the ** at this dealership to no avail because he never bothered to call me back. His name is *******************************. Based on the lack of honesty from this dealer, it appears like substandard tires were placed on the vehicle. I noticed issues with the tires when I started driving the car more regularly in April/May of this year. The car actually sat in my garage from November 2022 thru Aprll/May of 2023. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my work I had not time to address/call the dealership earlier. So now, it is very convenient for them to blame me based on mileage. The tires were all consistently losing air even though they claim that "it passed inspection." Given the company I am sure they get away with this kind of thing daily.

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the mishandling of my custom G wagon order by ***********************. It has come to my attention that, despite having paid the deposit, received a VIN number, and fully funded the loan for the vehicle, I have been informed that the car was sold to another customer. This egregious error has caused significant inconvenience and distress, and it is completely unacceptable given the level of commitment and trust I placed in your dealership.The lack of communication and the subsequent mismanagement of my custom order has not only damaged my confidence in your dealership but has also led to a breach of trust. It is deeply disheartening to have invested time, resources, and trust in ***********************, only to be informed that the vehicle I had ordered and rightfully paid for has been sold to another customer without any prior notice or explanation.I strongly urge *********************** to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide a detailed account of the events that led to the erroneous sale of my custom order. Furthermore, I expect to be offered a prompt and suitable resolution to rectify this situation, including but not limited to the immediate identification and allocation of a replacement vehicle that fulfills the specifications of my original order. Additionally, I expect to be provided with clear and transparent communication throughout the resolution process, as well as assurances that such a gross mishandling of customer orders will not be repeated in the future.I trust that *********************** will take the necessary steps to address this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism, and I anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution to this deeply regrettable situation.I kindly request that you acknowledge the receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for when I can expect a comprehensive response and resolution to this matter.
