            I bought a brand new 2022 nissan frontier. I bought the *** insurance added on to it. I live in ********* and flew up there to pick it up. I recently paid off the *********** didn't use the *** insurance. I've tried multiple times to contact them and they keep telling me they'll call me back. It's been a month and I haven't received a call back. Also I contacted them and left voicemails. Im trying to get my refund for not using it, it says I get a refund if I don't use it. I live in tennessee and I cant physically go there, without making a weekend trip. I don't have time to go up there. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

            Dropped off the car for a scheduled maintenance. They explained whats included and whats not included in the price they quoted me. I agreed to pay for the package. Once I go to pick up the car, and paid I realize that they havent replaced more than a few things that was on the scheduled maintenance package. They told me its extra cost when its all actually included in the list. I tried asking them for a refund for the things not replaced and I was told nothing can be done about it. Just very very upset! Seems more like a scam and very very poor communication and set up to trap the customers that do not know much about cars!
