    $ ****** times four which is $3,5011 dollars needs to be paid back immediately from my previous A6 for that was supposed to be paid back from my new Audi q5 vehicle deal This pertains exactly to my previous A6 which is $****** times 4 which $3,501 of money they have stole and need to payback, McGrath Audi is a bunch of lying frauds I want those payments refunded directly deposited to my account

    My relationship with McGrath Audi Morton Grove was accidental. I was supposed to go to the Exchange in Highland Park to look at an Audi Q8 but ended up here after getting confused about where I had made an appointment. I was introduced to ***** who showed me one of the Q8s that they had in stock. **** was very thorough in showing me the different options. He reached out to me with a lease proposal that, in December 2018, was utterly ridiculous. But, I wasn't really ready to pull the trigger at that point.Fast forward to May 2019, I need to get serious about signing a new lease deal. My current vehicle was approaching 100k miles and required a more substantial amount of mechanical work than I was willing to put up with. After balking at some of the pricing on the Q8s, I was introduced to ******************* and shown some Q5s. Ultimately, I decided to go for a Q8. **** showed me at least 5 different Q8s and made sure to get me behind the wheel of each one. At some point, I was also introduced to salesman *********************** and sales manager *******************************. ***** found me the perfect Q8 ** their inventory that met EVERY single one of my criteria. ****** was the downfall and caused me to walk away from the first deal. I felt rushed and was presented a deal that was very unfavorable and did not include some of the stipulations that we had verbally agreed upon.The finance manager *************************** was an all-star. I expressed to him that I felt uncomfortable about the deal, and he encouraged me to take the night to look it over, as I had thought I needed to do. As I was about to walk out of the showroom, ****** approached me, asking me what happened. I told him that I needed to think about it. ****** told me that I was not allowed to take the lease documents out of the dealership, so I stopped to take a photo. That is when ****** RIPPED the documents from my hands and yelled at me in front of other customers asking, "This is how you do business, ****?" Well, yes, I think I must be confident and diligent when I am making a deal on an $83k vehicle! After I left the showroom, I shot an email to ***** expressing my unhappiness with that encounter, calling it out as unacceptable and unprofessional--as it 100% was. You never ever yell at a customer, RIP documents from their hands, or go back on your word mid-agreement.Because ***** and ***** had worked so hard to find me the right fit, I decided that I would go back to them later in the week. That's when I met *****************. We talked and were able to come to an agreement that was very competitive with an offer that I'd received from the Exchange. The process was incredibly smooth. In the end, as a very knowledgeable and experienced car buyer, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the sales/trade-in/lease agreement process that concluded with a breeze through ******** finance office, and **** and me getting me set ** with my brand new Q8.** the months that have followed, McGrath and the Q8 have been amazing. My Q8 has been exceptionally reliable, with only one issue requiring service, that being a rattle in the b-pillar. The wait for McGrath is very long, but having learned from experience, their service is infinitely superior to the Exchange, where they denied the problem. I haven't had a rattle since McGrath carefully resolved it. Upon inspection, they also found a broken vent that they replaced. My service consultant, *********************, has been amazing. He's easily accessible and embodies excellent customer service. Each time I am in for a wash, he asks me how my family and I are doing, as well as how well I am enjoying the car. Jawad and *****, in particular, are extremely friendly and excellent with follow-**. ** the end, aside from a significant hiccup, I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend McGrath to all of my friends, and I recommend them to you.In 2020 and 2021, I have continued to have an excellent experience with ************************* and the service team. They have been exceptionally responsive, and when there is an issue, they address it without argument. I feel like I am getting my money's worth at McGrath Audi. I can't say the same for other dealershipsand I've dealt with all of the **************
