i'm a little upset and confused with my service I brought in my car for an oil change and possible headlight change that was killing my battery I did bring my car later than my original appointment time and I do appreciate that it was still accepted but ******* made it clear that they were going to try having it ready today 9/29 if not for sure tomorrow9/30 morning it was first priority he said which was amazing of him but when I call for an update my car was not even looked at by 1pm so we call he said he will call us with an update we once again had to call because no update and he was long gone by the time we call back when somebody picked up no one could not give me an answer or an update on my car they could not even tell me if my car will be even looked at tomorrow everyone just kept telling they did not know anything and that was *************** person I spoke with who I was told was his higher up. Im upset because he said it would be ready if he said it can take a couple of days. I would have planned ahead gotten a rental for the time but everyone just keeps telling me they dont know how to help me. Once I finally got an update it wasnt a real update they had me on hold for 20min while they finally checked they did not do any test they just assume my car did not turn on because of the battery they where so fast to sell me a new battery without running any test because Im a women so they assume I would have not question them when my husband finally called them back to tell them exactly was wrong like I mention before because they once again refuse to listen to me because Im a women when I told them they just brush me off Now my car is still not fix because apparently its now over heating My experience was horrible here and Im glad its over if they were honest and took the time to look at my truck and told me it could have taken a couple of days to complete I would have plan ahead gotten a rental but they decided to lie and waste my time. To top it all off the cashier made it obvious she did not want to help me and was annoyed that I was there. The only good thing out of all of this was speaking to *****. He apologized even when he had no part in all of this and gave me his card Incase I decided to come back.
