On November 15th 2022 I Drove to Lexus of Highland Park IL to Look and Test Drive a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV I Saw On Auto Trader. I Arrived at The Dealership Around 9:45am to Meet With Salesperson *********************** Whom I had a Appointment with To Test Drive The Vehicle in Mention. I Took The Vehicle Out to Test Drive For about 20 Minutes to See how It Handled and Preformed. There Was Only a Couple of Things That Came to My Attention Which I Addressed With The Salesperson when I Returned And He stated That The 2 to 3 things would ************* of. Myself and ***** The SalesPerson Sat Down to Discuss The Price And I Decided On a Reasonable Down Payment So That I Could Have a Reasonable Monthly Payment and we Did I Put Down $14000.00 And Financed The Rest which was Over $9373.98. I Returned On November 17th to Finalize The Deal with My SalesPerson *********************** Whom Called Me to See if I was Close to the Dealership I Responded Yes I am 20 Minutes Away. After Arriving and Sitting *********************** With Papers to Sign to Complete The Purchase of the Vehicle and He Stated that This is Not a As Is Vehicle There is Implied Warranties Which I Have a Copy of and He Stated that If Anything Comes Up That The Dealership would **** care Of. I Then Received The 2 Sets of Keys and Paper Documents of the Sale. I Went to The Vehicle and Started it Up with ***** and as I Closed The Driver Door And Proceeded to Drive From The Lexus Dealership of Highland Park I Started Hearing Wind Noise Not even 10 Seconds I Immediately Called *********************** to Ask Him What Happen In 2 Days that Now I am Hearing Wind and Whistling Sounds Coming From Both Doors Driver and Passenger Side Doors He Said that He couldnt Hear Nothing On the Phone But Stated that He Would **************** Manager Contract Me to Bring the Vehicle Back In To See What The Problem is And that They Will Get The Problem Fixed. I Have tried to See if They Would Fix The Problem They have Not I Just Want My Money Returned$14000.
