I contacted Ms. ********* ***** at XXX-XXX-XXXX

I advised Ms. ***** that the Dealership was cancelling her Waranty as per her request and that the full purchase price of $1684 will be refunded to **** Bank, this bank financed her purchase of the 2013 Tahoe.

I also advised Ms. ***** that the Dealership will be sending her a $25 gas card for any inconvenience that has occurred.

Ms. ***** was very satisfied, i advised Ms. moten to call me with any future concerns.
