On 9/21/2020 we purchased from *********** a 2017 Acura RDX with ***** miles. **** pre-purchasing it, we asked if there were any prior accidents. We were told that there were no prior accidents. The purchase process proceeded.On 9/1/20 we were looking at a possible purchase of a truck. While talking with a salesperson from a different dealership, they asked to run the Acura's vin# to let us know what they could offer on a trade-in. Less than 6 hours later, we were notified the Acura via Carfax had been in 3 prior accidents before our purchase in 2020. We were beyond words to hear this news. The Acura was originally purchased 8/3/17. The first accident was 8/23/17, a rear end collision; the 2nd accident was 1/4/2018, damage to left front and front; the 3rd accident was on 8/21/2018, damage to rear and left rear. The Acura was sold at auto auction on 9/7/20.We felt betrayed, lied to, disappointed, etc. We view this to be close to being criminal to not be told the truth upon the purchase of the Acura of the 3 prior accidents.We will not be purchasing another vehicle from *********** because of this incident.
