Bought the vehicle 3 months ago. The buying experience was aggravating. The service department is horrible. Made an appointment to have recalls, a sensor, and a suspension noise looked at on a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at. Dropped the vehicle off at 10a.m. Friday. I was told it was going to take 3 hours to service it and I would get a call back. The service department closes at 5p.m. At 4:30 I had to call them to check on the status of the truck. The service person told me they were still looking into the recalls and would need the vehicle for another day. Fast forward to Saturday. I call them at 4p.m. to check on the truck because I never got a call back from them. I talked to ****, the manager, only to find out the service department closes at 2p.m. Saturday. He didn't have any answers on the issues with the vehicle. He didn't have a loaner car for me to use. The only answer I got was to leave it until Monday or to pick it up and schedule another appointment. Pick up the truck and will never go back to that dealership again.As far as **** the manager. Horrible. If his job is customer service he needs to be fired. He doesn't care. He was difficult to deal with when I bought the truck. He didn't have any answers and made no attempt to get any on fixing the truck. I will never go back for any reason and will constantly tell people to stay away. Whatever deal you might get on a vehicle is not worth the aggravation of dealing with the people that work there.
