            We contacted this dealership as soon as they opened about a new 2023 Yukon Denali that we were wanting to purchase. It was available, we gave them all of our info, including trade in info, for them to hold the vehicle since we had a 2 hour drive. They then proceeded to make a deal with someone who walked in to the dealership after this vehicle was supposed to be held for us. ****, the manager, said that they dont hold vehicles for someone over the internet/phone and people walking in get priority. You dont hold vehicles and take info from a customer if you have no intentions of selling to them because someone walks in. We had that vehicle before they even questioned about it and they sold it out from under us. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless you also want to get screwed,

            The LAST thing these people are is being honest. They are disgusting liars and cheaters. They fail to disclose my purchased vehicle was in an accident took it in several times and they never fixed it correctly. WHY VOTE FOR DARCY AS MAYOR - if he allows for this dis-honesty in his own dealership, what kind of mayor would he be?? I am so disgusted, as how things are working with my SUV. And they never fixed the bumper as they had to do it or my AC.

            We truly regret this happened and we are willing to do our best to resolve this. General Manager **** called and left 2 voicemails stating we currently have a Yukon on our lot of a different color and would honor employee pricing. Or if you prefer we would order a new Yukon and again honor employee pricing as well as the trade value. When the new one arrives we would deliver to home in ********* for no charge. We have yet to receive a response and would appreciate the opportunity to regain your confidence back in our dealership.
