              Since November 2022 I have been having an issue with my front end collision sensor. I have brought the car in numerous times to have this repaired. They cant fix it since it doesnt throw a code. I have left the car with them so they can see it happen. It just wont throw a code. I have multiple pictures of it happening. I have now brought in my car to leave it with them until they can figure it out. Now they are telling me they cant fix it because its throwing a code for the back sensor since I was hit in a parking lot. They will NOT fix this issue. Its under warranty and they wont replace any sensors without a code. I have called Kia ******** service multiple times, I have a case number, but no one follows up.

              Horrible Hertz ******************* I booked a SUV three weeks in advance. 30 minutes before my reservation the attendant (White guy 20s) tells me that he cannot accommodate my reservation. I had to got to another rental place and pay ****** more than what my reservation was for. I will never reserve with Hertz Rental again and want the ****** I had to pay extra. Horrible business and service. Never again!!!!!!!
