Absolutely rancid experience. We brought the car in after an accident because it was on our insurance list of approved body shops and at first, it was great. The lady up at the front ALWAYS gave us good customer service so this isn't about her. When we got the car back, the horn and alarm didn't work and the bluetooth was acting wonky. We brought the car back in and ****, accused us of lying to him to get a free service out of him. I've had plenty of people ride in the car with me, who are witnesses to the alarm and bluetooth working perfectly fine. I've driven the car for more than 4 hours in one day and those issues were never an issue before hand. We had a previous mechanic work on our car 2 weeks prior to the accident and the alarm worked fine then. When the tow guy picked up our car, the alarm went off so yes our alarm and horn worked beforehand. So we don't appreciate getting called liars and insinuating we are too poor to afford a service when we paid for the service + new rims IN CASH, unlike most of the customers. So yes, we do have enough money to pay for a service but only a service that's worth it. Besides being given the worst customer service I've ever experienced, **** kept mansplaining everything to me. This all felt racially targeted as the only other person in these reviews to have a bad experience is an Indian man, another person of color. Interestingly enough, **** has shared peculiar things on his ******** page that point to him being racist. So this all makes sense now. General *** ring a bell? Or what about sharing how the government is the problem when ***** was president. Overall a horrible experience and we will never take our car here ever again (you won't have to service Mexicans anymore don't worry!) and I will be telling everyone I know that this is a horrible shop to go to.
