This body repair shop did more damage to my vehicle than when they received it. My vehicle was taken to this facility in June. I picked up my car today. Initially, my car wouldnt start, they had to jump the battery, driving out of the lot my car wouldnt accelerate and its making an extremely loud noise and knocking sound, it has a bad ordor, there is no gas in the car and I had a half of tank of fuel. My city sticker has been tampered with, it no longer sticks to the window and the check tire warning light is on. When I contacted them on 09/01 after not hearing from them, I was informed by ****** that my car was ready to be pained and it would be ready to be picked up on Wednesday09/06. Well, Pearle lied! She never contacted me so I went to check on my car on Friday, 09/08. My car was still on the lifer and no repairs were done. I immediately took pictures of my car. I had a conversation with ****** and I left the shop. On Friday, 09/25 I was told my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the shop, I discovered my car was improperly repaired. I took pictures and left the shop. I spoke with ****** again on 09/26. I sent her via text message photos and videos of the improper repairs. Pearle and I continued to communicate via text message. Pearle notified me today 09/27 via text message informing me that my vehicle was ready. After inspecting my vehicle, as stated the car wouldnt start, a baseball cap was found under the hood. The car appeared to be okay body wise and I asked my daughter to drive the car as I was driving the rental car and was heading to return it. My daughter called my phone and said pull over something is wrong with your car. I pulled over, we switched cars and my car would ****** moved. I turned the vehicle around and proceed to go back to the body shop. I was only a half a block away and that quickly they closed the shop. I banged on the door and no one answered. I called ******* mobile phone and she would not answer my call. They bamboozled me.
