    I was involved in an accident and I had sent my car to this body shop through **************** in the second or third week of May. They had done their estimates and everything they said needed to be done. Originally they were going to be putting aftermarket parts on my Brand New 2021 ****** Camry which I did not want and when I told them I want only OEM parts on this brand new vehicle they told me I would have to pay extra for this and I said okay if that's what it takes. They told me that my vehicle would be ready on July 15th note Todays date is July 26. I had followed up multiples times and only on July 6th they told me now that they ordered the parts and They received the parts today. Before receiving the parts they promised me that my vehicle would be ready by the 30th of July I Called them today and they are telling me now that this vehicle will be ready by the end of August. IT IS TAKING 4 MONTHS FOR REPAIRS.

    This company "repair" my car and the repair was not well done. I took my car back to get it fixed and they dont want to fixed it. They took 3 months to "repair" and not well done. The manager was not polite at all. They also said that i have to pay out off pocket if i want to get it done. I **** help with my problem please

    We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The delay in the time of the repairs was based on parts delay due to ongoing global supply chain issues. The additional damages that you have raised is an issue to has to be taken up on with your insurance company as they did not have those damages on the approved repair estimate.If there is a issue with repair quality we will take care of those as well if accident and repairs related. As we discussed prior, we need to notify the insurance company of what youre claiming to be loss related damaged and wait until theyve approved those damages before they can get repaired. Unfortunately, theres no going around this because these are the guidelines set by the insurance company. We have no problem taking care of this as long as you contact us back and we can submit everything to the insurance company, then do it once theyve approved it. There will be no charge at all to any approved repairs. Bring Your vehicle back in Your time connivance and we do whatever is possible to make You happy and satisfy.
