              Reference Turo Claim ****** / Work Order #******* After the car was deemed a total loss, IAAI and **** worked together on processing the insurance claim. I paid **** $2700 to buy the car back and must have received the vehicle title in my name (no liens).The title I received had a lienholder on it.I reached out to Turo and IAAI multiple time over last 1.5 months and they kept pointing fingers to each other, and never had the issue resolved.I expect to receive the vehicle lien release or a title without lineholder on it in a timely manner.I am also filing a BBB complaint against Turo on the same.Thanks.

              ************** Purposely hide damage and take misleading photos vehicle claims not to be mechanics. You dont have to be a mechanic to see body damage in rusted out frames. Its a complete joke. This company is full of liars and cheats. Somehow they are worse than copart. However they achieve that..

              Thank you for your review, I understand how you could feel this way if you didn't fully read and understand the auction rules. These vehicles are salvaged vehicles and are listed as what we were informed by the provider. We are not mechanics, these vehicles are auctioned off "As Is". Here are the IAAI auction rules to help you better understand the auctions. Also, buyers have the option to hire an inspector and see the vehicle before the auction. 1. ALL VEHICLES SOLD THROUGH IAAS AUCTIONS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.10. VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN HIDDEN DAMAGE TO THE UNDERCARRIAGE OR SUSPENSION, ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTIONS, FRAME DAMAGE, MISSING COMPONENTS, WATER DAMAGE, BIOHAZARRD DAMAGE, OR OTHER HIDDEN OR UNDISCLOSED DAMAGE.
