I entered into a agreement with Zalutsky & Pinski *** on March 21, 2023; to file bankruptcy on my behalf, due to the burial of my sibling. The law group required a $600 initial payment to petition my case. Zalutsky & Pinski received the $600 payment in March 21, 2023. Thereafter, I signed documents for the agreement and court petition. I waited 60 days for any correspondence from Zalutsky & Pinski **** within this time, I received no phone call or email pertaining to my case. June 2 2023 , I called the law group, seeking information. Attorney *******************************, informed me I would have to resubmit personal financial statements to further proceed. But failed to answer my question of the two months of no correspondence.I resubmitted documents and waited two weeks. I called the law group after two weeks and received mixed information of the continued delays. After another two weeks, I called to received more excuses and uncertain information on my case delay. I sent a email to Attorney ******************************* on June 23 2023, requesting a termination in legal representation due to lack of correspondence and interest in my case. Also, I requested a refund of the $600 initial payment. Attorney ******************************* informed me it would be a couple weeks to receive a refund. I waited 30 days and no correspondence from Zalutsky and Pinski. August 18 2023, I called the law office and received excuses in the delay of my refund.
