Complaint: Purchased a canvas in 2011. The company guarantee's product for 100 years. The canvas had color separation. After emailing proof a replacement was sent. The replacement was poor quality. The Cust Service Mgr would not send another replacement and offered replace with a different selection. I have followed up a few times via email and spoke to Justin by phone. No word on when canvass will ship and no response to recent emails.

Desired Settlement: The company appears unwilling to honor their warranty policy. Send ************* that I've bee waiting for for almost 3 weeks or send a refund for the original canvas, Sunset in Venice.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2013/12/30) */ To whom it may concern, ******************************************, original order was placed on 12/8/2011 for 3 art pieces. All 3 pieces were delivered on time with one arriving damaged in transit. The piece Sunrise Impressions was promptly replaced within 1 week of first delivery. We were contacted a second time by *********** on 10/1/2012 with complaint stating that paint was peeling off of Sunrise Impressions that was shipped just shy of one year previously. As per our guarantee, replacement piece was sent with *************************************. Delivery was made on 10/13/2012. We were then contacted a 3rd time by *********** on 9/20/2013 where she stated the new Sunrise Impression was below standards. We offered a different piece and had sent the Almond Blossom piece she requested, which was unknowingly lost in transit. With receipt of complaint from BBB we have had the warranty replacement piece reshipped again and show it as delivered with *** tracking number: ******************* We are also attempting to contact *********** via phone for further follow up.
