Lorraine Park Apartments in ******* ** failed to fully disclosed their policies. As I told them I wanted to cancel my lease from the unit that I have not moved into along with proof of legal rights for me to terminate, ************************* the building manager, told me that I still owe rent. She denied me full copy of my lease and told me that I only get 4 pages (code of ethics and failure to disclose issues going on here). Then *** had the audacity to pick out one of the steps from the part of the lease she failed to disclose and write it in the email about I'm responsible for rent due to vacating a unit that I never moved into. They left me a message telling me that the only way the only way they will give me the keys is to get the lights on but at the same time telling me I owe for a unit that I have not moved into, no services have been ordered in my name at the unit, they failed disclose all terms of my lease by denying me a full copy of my lease, and neglecting to honor my proof of legal terms cancellation I provided to them based on the ******** Law.
