              the access into the property has been broken for weeks.tenants are unable to utilize the app system they have in place, to enter the building, let package handlers in, or guests the front door does not open!!!!! someone has to be available to let you in - which is a major safety hazard!!!!calls are being unanswered regarding safety concerns - it is not safe nor NORMAL, for doors to be jammed and building entry to be faulty in this city!

              DO NOT LIVE AT ANY LARAMAR GROUP sites!!! You will regret it and waste your money. This "company" ignores their residents- even the *** and top leadership. The only thing they care about IS MONEY MONEY MONEY. They do not take care of their buildings; they do not staff their buildings. They give two s**** about everything expect their paychecks. Maintenance and requests go un-answered. They do not clean the building or provide basic supplies like toilet paper in the bathrooms or sanitizer in the fitness center/hallways. They are so stiff with the money. They call their sites "up-scale"- it's a joke and a marketing LIE! This isn't even a real company. ************************* - you should be ashamed of yourself and fire your leadership staff and learn to give a c*** about everyone else and your residents and not your salary.
