it was priced at**** they had a matching one for sale also for **** so i called to purchase them and asked would they consider price matching them as they are the same piece but priced different , as id like to buy them both the woman said let me call you right back, they call back and say " they were priced wrong they were supposed to be *** each and we have changed the online price so you wont be able to get the old price" i then said well i would have bought the one for *** but they would not sell it for the price i saw advertised.

in regards to their response - i called about a product marked******* i said i purchase the matching one that they had but it was marked ******* i assumed a typo , they said oh! . i then said well if you match the price on this one **** i would buy it as well they said let me call you right back then when i was called back they said oh we made a mistake the price on them was supposed to be ** so you can have them for ** each i said well ill buy just the one that was *** , they responded , no we have changed the price to *** you cannot have it for **** it was marked wrong on the site and we have changed it on the site now, so you cannot order it for the *** . my point here is i called to ask if they would sell the matching piece for the same price then they raised the price on the original one i wanted to buy . i dont see how they can defend raising the price on something when you try to buy it im sure it was a scam as a matching piece identical in every way was 3 times the price . so i'm pretty sure they knew who ever was buying the one would ask about the other more expensive one , and this would be where they unleash the plan to lower one price but raise the other . ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

This is our second response to this gentleman's questions specific to a one minute inbound phone call to our company, and a 2 minute outbound return call to this customer on February ********* The customer wanted to buy 2 items, that were similar, one priced ******, one priced at ***** The second item was posted on our site one year later, and indeed since we deal *********** ************************ valuations on items increase with time. If he purchased the two pieces, the original cost would have been ***** So, we changed the prices, reflecting**** each, to be user friendly, and allow him to purchase online ******** total, a lowering of the total cost ******* The most prominent points here are as follows:*** as a courtesy we lowered the price at the customer's request, even thought the value had increased ** we answered his request in less than 15 minutes*** we lowered the price online to be user friendly so the client could execute the purchase swiftly online ** we have diligently responded to these questions that pertain to a 3 minute or less interaction with our company via telephone*** i can't speak to the customer casually hearing other complaints about our company, and would define that portion of his correspondence as unsubstantiated ** as previously mentioned, we do not advertise, and therefore this is not a case of not complying with an advertised item's price. thank you for your consideration of our timely response. urban remains
