            I paid to have my vents and ducts cleaned/ Fresh Air Duct Cleaning sent two young workers (***** years old) to do the work. Both had not much training. The one worker was using my five gallon bucket to stand on in to clean out the air ducts instead of standing on a ladder. When I saw this I immediately got a ladder for him to use and told him it was much safer and he wouldn't loose his balance.The other worker bent my return vent louvers while sticking in his tool to blow the air into the return to remove the dust. I ended up going throughout the house to the other returns and removing the return cover so he would not bend any more vent return louvers. They then got dust everywhere which they didn't even vacuum up. I had to clean up after their mess. I paid an additional $149.00 for the blower and coil to be cleaned. Then after they left my AC compressor did not kick on. They damaged my AC Coil. Tried calling owner and texting they will not respond. ********** is their number.
