I went to them cause they advertise Buy One Pair get one free. Well if you pay with BCBST or Medicaid/Medicare you're not allowed to pick from their first quality rack. If you want two pair they give you old stock from a drawer and your selection is very very limited.. When asked about why I couldn’t pick from the other side of the room the Owners son said that would be Double Dipping which is saying I get free glasses to begin with and I'm not entitled to another pair of glasses because of my form of payment.. They Gimmick the BOGO deal till you get into the store only to inform you cause of what your payment method is I don't qualify.. It’s an embarrassment and everything was recorded and I feel as I’m treated as a lower class person cause I’m not paying with cash. The glasses from the drawer break all the time. Not good or first quality frames from the other side of the room. They try to tell me that the frames are good quality, but are not. I feel that this is discrimination against people who use insurance. I have not seen them disclose this rule on their television commercials or on their facebook page.
