On 11/15/21 My oil was low so I stopped at ********* to have them check it out. I DIDN'T NOT GET A OIL CHANGE they told me it was leaking oil and that I needed a Valve cover gasket. So I went down to Walters at 5714 Ringgold Rd I spoke with 2 men I let them know I needed a Valve cover so the owner said okay he can fix it so he had a young man ride with me in my car so he was able to drive my car back to the shop around 10/11. They then call me around 1:30 and said my car was ready and the same young man was on his way to pick me up in my car so when he arrives I drive back to the shop to pay for my service then I drive home park my car and notice a lot of fluid coming from under my car I go pick my kids up from school and my husband so my husband calls to Walters shop and he ask us to bring the car back so we did and he looked at my car for a minute and said my water pump was busted and it'll be $250 for him to fix it but it wasn't anything wrong with my water pump before I left them with my car I didn't have now one leak besides the oil leak and now I'm stuck trying to get it fixed I haven't 4 kids I lost my job and have health issues and now I have to reschedule appointments because I don't have a car anymore and Walters is unwilling to fix it when they messed it up why should I pay for something they did.
