              Purchased a used 2007 Ford Focus from this dealership. The car was sold as-is, but it was 90 degrees when I purchased them car so I didn't realize that the heater/defroster did not work. After sorting through the paperwork in the glove box, I found a receipt from a mechanic that had previously documented the problem. If Les' didn't know that the heater didn't work, they should have, and as such, should have disclosed the fact that it didn't work. I purchased the part that needed replacing ($110.00) and did not even ask to be reimbursed for the part, but only requested that they help with the cost of installation since they share a building with a mechanic. Donna was very smug and condensing In her refusal to even consider helping me and basically told me "Tough luck". Terrible customer service.

              S&H was called out by an officer to help us pull son’s car out of ditch. The driver (Chris C*******) who we were told later is the son of Les C******* of Les’s used cars, came to the scene. He brought a big bad attitude.The first word out of his mouth was him yelling “MOVE” to my adult husband and adult son. We were on a country road with no traffic. He continued to yell about everything, refused to take our car to our house less than two miles down the road due to my husband’s attitude. (My husband asked why he was being such a ****.) They charged us a lot of money to pick it up and of course, CASH ONLY. They defended their boy with his super unprofessional bad attitude, even the officer recognized his bad attitude. Anyway we noticed the front end of my son’s car in the middle of the hwy as we were going to retrieve the car from the lot. They said they were sorry about that. They charged us a towing fee and a winching fee and anything else they could stick on there. I would never recommend this towing company. My husband works very hard for his money and it’s too bad that because of Chris C*******’s bad attitude they got to rip us off big time. Wish I could fight the charges but they made it clear they were on his side and it is just too bad for us.
