Complaint
My wife is disabled because of severe pain, especially in her back. She is also easily fatigued with her diagnosed illness. The salesman, **** ****** hounded her into trading in her 2012 Buick Lacrosse, which she loved, for a better gas mileage 2013 Buick Lacrosse Eassist. Unfortunately, over the past 60 days that she has driven the car, she has discovered that the car is not drivable due to her pain and fatigue issues. This is because the salesperson lied to both her and to me that there is no mechanical, size, spec or any other difference in the Eassist models vs the V6. Only difference was the battery assist and better gas mileage. Come to find out, he lied about the seats, the steering, the suspension and options of this car. We have tried to become whole again with this company and return her to a vehicle she can comfortably drive but they will not absorb any responsibility for this salesman's deceit. In fact, they acknowledged that they knew about the salesman's "shady" (their word) practices for at least a month prior to his selling my wife this car. We believe my wife was close to the last victim they allowed him to prey upon before they fired him but will not help us. Rather they are trying to sell her another, more expensive, car and insist that they must make full profit as usual and have no culpability in this matter. We believe a good faith resolution would be to restore my wife to her former vehicle as much as possible (it was the trade-in), and make absolutely no profit on the transaction at all. They have refused despite our appeals to the owner, so we are asking you for your intervention.

Get her back into a 2012 Buick Lacrosse with similar mileage, options and payment as the car she traded in for this 2013 car. Make the financing be without profit to them and restore her confidence in their product and trustworthiness.
