Responsible for directing The Better Business Bureau of Southern Piedmont in accordance with directives from the Board of Directors and the standards established by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Evaluates and monitors programs offered by the BBB to promote self-regulation and ethical business practices.

Senior Vice President

           

Provides oversight to the BBB's consumer inquiry and complaint operations, serves as the BBB's charity analyst, conducts investigations into unethical business practices and oversees all programs related to older adults.

Vice President of Business Relations

        

Responsible for managing the BBB's Business Relations group which contacts area business owners to provide information on BBB Accreditation Standards and Memberships and provides customer service to BBB Accredited Businesses.

Responsible for public relations, internal and external communications, social media and website management. Serves as primary media contact and as one of the BBB's official spokespersons.
