10/25/21. Had ******** replaced the flex plate on my **** f150. Couple months later grinding noise started again when starting. 2/16/22 took truck back this time he says it's the stater so i let them replace starter. Again after about 4 months the grinding again when trying to crank. Took it back he says it's probably a bad starter 10/24/22. Swap out starter for another but my truck sat there a whole week before installed. Pick it this morning check engine was on wasn't on when I dropped it off and still doing the same thing these THE **** PEOPLE ARE VERY BAD DO NOT TAKE VEHICLES THERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

10/25/21 we charged the customer $589.88 in labor charges being that he bought his part (flexplate) that he ask us to swap out for him. He did bring the vehicle back 2/16/22 and he bought his own starter, again we only charged labor which was $53.63. 10/24/22 he came back again and we told him that since he bought the starter we would take it off he could take it back and exchange it and we would reinstall. Our current turnaround time is between 3-5 weeks with the workload we have. We took the starter off as quickly as possible and then told him we would reinstall when we could. We did have to work it in between other jobs that had already been lined up. We DID NOT CHARGE him anything this time and got the truck back to him on 11/1/22. He wrote this review and then came to our shop wanting to talk about the issues. I originally told him to get the truck back up here and we would take a look at it as we have not been in business for as long as we have to take advantage of any customers. ******** stated he did not feel comfortable bringing it back to us and wanted a refund from what he had paid to us last year and February and I told him that there were no warranties on this job as we do not give labor warranties when the customers buy their own parts.
