I been tray to call,and left message,they never respon,they did very bad,job,
First they,crack my roof,than after siding fall down,they come fixt than agen two siding fall again,l should never give this company to job,l did big mistake,,

To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to our attention that our customer Mr. ***** ***** has filed a complaint (BBB # XXXXXX against our company, ****** Roofing Company Inc.
****** Roofing Company Inc. performed work in early August of 2014 for Mr. ***** at his residence in Indian Land, SC. The job reflected the installation of a new asphalt roofing system, 118 linear feet of gutter along with the repair of siding on the north side of the structure. During the initial roofing installation, inadvertently, a piece of cracked roof decking was utilized at the top of the roof near the ridge. Mr. ***** noticed the cracked decking and immediately contacted ****** Roofing Company Inc. Sales Representative, Ms. ********** (who has since left ****** Roofing Company Inc.). Ms. **** quickly contacted her supervisor who immediately dispatched a repair crew to immediately remove the damaged piece of decking and install a new piece of roof decking. This procedure took place in early August during the installation process. Mr. ***** contacted Mr. ***** ****** of ****** Roofing Company Inc. the next day to express his pleasure regarding the quick response pertinent to the installation of new roof decking. Mr. ***** also brought to Mr. ******'s attention how pleased he was with respect to the newly installed roofing provided by ****** Roofing Company Inc.
On November 17, 2014, ****** Roofing Company Inc. was advised that a complaint had been filed with the Southern Piedmont Better Business Bureau by Mr. *****. In the complaint, Mr. ***** stated that two pieces of siding repaired back in August of 2014 had fallen down off of the house. Mr. ***** further stated that he had been trying to contact ****** Roofing Company Inc. repeatedly to no avail. Mr. ***** also stated that ****** Roofing Company Inc. installed a piece of damaged roof decking (which was replaced immediately after bringing it to the attention of ****** Roofing Company back in August of 2014).
Upon receiving Mr. *****' BBB complaint, ****** Roofing tried unsuccessfully to contact Mr. ***** from Monday afternoon (November 17th) through Monday evening to inform him a crew would be out very early the next morning (November 18th) to reinstall the siding which had fallen. This specific BBB complaint was the very first time ****** Roofing Company Inc, was made aware of a siding issue. Up until that time, we had not received any communication (either by telephone or email) from Mr. ***** that a siding issue had arisen.
Due to ****** Roofing Company Inc.'s inability to reach Mr. ***** by telephone on Monday November 17th, we immediately dispatched a crew on the morning of Tuesday November 18th to travel to Mr. *****' residence to reinstall and resolve the siding issue. The crew arrived at Mr. *****' home early that morning (Nov. 18th) and discovered no one home. Nevertheless, the ****** Roofing Company Inc. crew reinstalled two (2) pieces of siding which had been dislodged from the structure. ****** Roofing Company Inc. then attempted to contact Mr. ***** by telephone to inform him that the siding had been put back in place. As we were unsuccessful in making contact with Mr. *****, ****** Roofing Company Inc. left a telephone voice message informing him that the job was completed.
****** Roofing Company Inc.'s primary obligation and responsibility is to resolve customer issues expeditiously and professionally. We will do everything humanly possible to satisfy our customers to the highest degree. Our reputation for customer satisfaction is second-to-none, and we continually strive to uphold that reputation on a continual basis.
****** Roofing Company Inc. will do whatever is necessary to satisfy Mr. ***** (or any customer) should any future roofing issue arise.
