Defective Gunk Puncture Seal
I submitted my complain three times at xxxxx on the webform for this company, which is listed on the product for Radiator Specialty Co., xxxxx, NC. The product is xxxxx. My complaint was that the can literally started spraying all over the kitchen of my house (as I had the can just sitting on the kitchen table). Everything within five feet of the spraying got sticking goop on it. Having just purchased some new clothes, they were laying on one of the kitchen chairs and got sprayed on as well. I'm not looking for reimbursement on the clothes. Basically, I was looking for some kind of acknowledgement from this company and a replacement of this defective can. After three attempts to contact them, I am very annoyed about their lack of customer support. Rather than receive a replacement product from them and encounter another defective can, I would rather receive a refund; however, I no longer have the receipt since it has been quite a lengthy time since I wrote them in the first place.

I left a voice mail a few minutes ago at xxxxx and wanted to follow that up with a brief email. I will try to reach you again on Monday and look forward to speaking with you to resolve this incident to your satisfaction. I apologize that we did not respond promptly to your web notice. That email was improperly coded for filing rather than for a response. I have spoken with the customer service representative responsible for that error and we have implemented retraining to prevent a recurrence of this oversight.

If you have the can that malfunctioned please do not discard it. We would very much like to examine that can to help us understand how this incident occurred. By copy of this email to my assistant xxxxx, I have asked her to open a claim file and forward a claim form to you. xxxxx is out this afternoon, but will be in on Monday and she will forward the claim forms to you then.

I apologize for the undue delay, it was an error on our part. Have a nice weekend, we'll be back in contact with you on Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
