            Today, 03/03/2024, my bank account was hit with a $40 "membership charge" for this company. I've included verifying information and I have NEVER done business with, bought a membership with, or ordered from Hearst. I have no idea how they charged my card when I've never done any business with them but after seeing other people complain about the same thing, it's apparent that this is a common occurrence. I would like my $40 refunded as their deduction from my account is fraud.

            Options should include a 0 or -5 Star rating. I am currently disputing shady charges (2 of them made on consecutive days during the same month of the last 3 years) that I did not approve & wouldn't accept even if I liked the product. The principle of the matter is that I have no idea who they are or what services they provide; & there was no contact with me to authorize charges & there was no product received. Apparently, judging by other reviews, this is a standard practice of this entity to so this. At the very least, it is unethical & at most it is ************ should be made to reimburse everyone who has been experiencing this.

            Here is the reply from CDS ************* Manager *******************: We located an Oprah membership with this customers email address. We have cancelled and refunded their most recent charge and an email confirmation has been sent to her. Thanks for forwarding.
