Complaint Water leak from installation of wax ring of toilet not sealing properly and allowed water to come between flange and toilet base. This caused damage to wood flooring. Wax ring was not faulty. I sent two messages via their website about this with no response. I then sent 2 more e-mails without a response. Problem was explained and requested a response all 4 times. Even requested he contact me or come to the house before the repair company came. Complaint is: (1)Insurance co. and myself should not have to pay for repairs & co-pay that was caused by his installation.(2)His website states:"our commitment is to providing honest,professional and affordable service on every job" "satisfaction guaranteed" (3)By not responding it presents a PRESUMPTION of lack of integrety, responsibility, accountability as well as not caring for clients or the quality of work provided.
Desired Settlement (1) Total refund to insurance company and myself including my co-pay. (Total: $1710) (2)Don't post "satisfaction guaranteed" if this is not true. (3)To please have the professionalism and curteousy to respond to customers even if there is nothing you can or will do to remedy the issue/problem.

This is the first time I have been made aware there was a problem. I have checked our e-mail from our website to myself and have not seen any message. I am looking into seeing if there is a problem with the site.
Besides that I have not received a single phone call from you. We were not spoken to about this issue or even told there was a problem for us to come out and repair. The cost if the repair sounds quite extensive. When was the work done? If there was so much damage caused why were we not contacted earlier to prevent this?
