Complaint I purchased furniture on 12/21/13 and was told Mett Delivery would arrange for delivery. I have not been called and the number I have doesn't work. I purchased an 8 piece set of bedroom furniture on 21 December while the Catawba Furniture Mall was having their going out of business sale. I was promised that Designer's Choice Furniture Galleries would give the furniture to Mett Delivery and that delivery would be coordinated with them. I was assured that Mett Delivery was a reputable organization and that I would have no issues with the providing service. I was given a contact phone number for *** XXX-XXX-XXXX. I did not hear from the delivery company in mid-January when it was expected so I called the number I was given on 24 January 2014. The phone was never answered and there is no answering service.
Desired Settlement I would like my furniture delivered. I would like to be contacted at XXX-XXX-XXXX for delivery. If the furniture cannot be located I would like a refund.

I called the listed number for Mett Delivery and found out the number is no longer in service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for Mett Delivery and if between that complaint and this one if I do not receive a response by close of business 28 January I will call the police to report business fraud.
Complaint Did not receive glass shelves that were suppose to be included in package I came in and bought a bookcase on 12/28/2013 and was told by sales rep ****** #** that the glass shelves were included in the box just like the bookcase that was in display. ** opened the box and no glass shelves! I called the store #******** and the lady said that there was no one to talk to about this problem. I feel like I have been ripped off! ** paid $405 for this bookcase and didn't get what all was suppose to be included. Please help me with this issue.
Desired Settlement I would like the glass shelves that were suppose to be included and what I paid for - or monies to pay for the shelves that I will have to have made from a glass store to add to complete my bookcase so I can use it.
