              I called in to do a start service request. I was told that I couldnt transfer service because of .40 cent. I called back with my nephew. *********************** up on us two minutes before 7pm. When we called back ***** was unable to help and his supervisor refused the call because they are after hours. I spoke with Quadra she was amazing but was with billing and transferred us to ******. ****** was unhelpful said he didnt see a request put in. We need someone to call to help get this resolved. ****** said he dont see a pay due balance. I need someone competent to help get this resolved so that ican move in his unit.

              It really should be 0.1 stars. Their "smart" meter has doubled its count of my usage despite no changes in behavior on my side. They insist their meter is infallible and refuse to come to check it or replace it. Instead of providing actual customer service, they tell me to use less energy (I already don't use AC/heating, but thanks for the tip). As others have said, this is what we get with monopolies and no consumer protection.
