I purchase a Instafab Plus Colour Block Hooded Sweatshirt from Belks online on December 16th 2023 for a Christmas gift. I didn't received the item until after Christmas they stated there's a delay on the item. When I got the item it was smaller than stated. I went to return the item to a Belks store when the sale representative told me I had to mail it back to Belks Marketplace and she couldn't take it. I than called Belks for an address to Belks Marketplace to return the item. ( On the website I couldn't find the address for Belks Marketplace) so I'll contact Belks and talk with a pleasant young lady who gave me the information to mail it back. In between time several emails to the email they had on the website but no one responded back. I contact Belks again and they created a case file number ******** to find out what happen. I called them again to find out if they discovered anything the young man said no but I'll contact you as soon as I get something from the Marketplace.
