My rug arrived with several flaws. The company said I could send it back but since it was one of a kind I decided to take the offer it was only $15
the rug cost $110 and the flaws are very evident. I don't think that $15 was enough but sending this heavy rug back would cost me a fortune. I was willing to take a more realistic adjustment of $40 since it is so evident it is a second and not top quality as represented.

Desired Settlement
$40.00 off the purchase price or a second small rug for free...

We apparently have missed the email that came in this morning but are happy to oblige either of your suggested remedies. We will gladly either ship any replacement rug up to $50 at no cost, or adjust $50 back to your card for the issues on your received merchandise.

Order#********* not fulfilled. 3 e-mails requesting assistance not answered
Order was to include store credit (not given) At this point am not interested. A 100 **************.eGiftCard not received. Was promised with order. Not the first time I have had to ask for a promotional card from previous orders. First time (and last) ignored.

Desired Settlement
promised $100 eGiftCard or equivalent.

In response to Mr.******'s complaint in regards to his *************** Gift card. It has been resolved. His gift card was sent out via email on July 27th. In regards to his complaint about his Store credits. Those too were added in the amount of $87.00 on July 27th. Store credits are earned in the amount of 5% of each order total. His last order total was $1773 - Order I.D. *********. All of his complaint have been resolved. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions in regards to this matter
